Katy's program would be great if she reached out to her challenge participants more and the only thing that I really appreciated was some free workouts, but sometime spent on youtube or and I could make the same thing. She has a youtube and instagram and is very knowledgeable. A great fitness woman to follow who also gives free workouts, healthy eating ideas and snacks, and she is super motivating is Buffbunny-Heidi Somers. During the fall challenge she was very quiet and then at the end three people recieved prizes. Also in the past it looks as though she gave out more prizes and twitter motivation. All of these you can get for free online. You get a list of workouts for each part of your body, legs, back, chest and some ideas for foods to eat and how to count macros. ![]() I have paid for one of Katy's plans and no offense to the girl but she is kinda stealing money.
